When you’re ready to proceed, we formalize the project with an Architect’s Agreement and retainer.

We define your wish list, lifestyle needs, and project goals while documenting existing conditions (if applicable) and researching zoning, code, and regulatory requirements.

04 CONCEPT & DESIGN development

We develop plan layouts and evolve the design in plan, elevation, and section—refining each space to reflect your needs, style, and how you live.

05 Cost Review & Documentation

We issue a design set for preliminary builder pricing, align scope with budget, and finalize construction drawings and detailed specifications.

06 Bidding, Permits & Pre-Construction

We coordinate contractor bids, submit for permits, and prepare the project for construction.

07 CONSTRUCTION THROUGH COMPLETION

Once construction begins, we remain actively involved and ‘on call’ – visiting the site, coordinating with the team and providing information as needed.
